v4.4 Action Item: spin off ActiveRecord and SqlMap into separate Pradosoft repos

ActiveRecord and SqlMap sub-systems should spin off into their own Pradosoft repos.

This vastly simplifies Prado Data and the respective new repos.

BTW, I was waiting on this until the Pradosoft org CI reset. It's super easy to go over the CI minutes in testing with our workflows split. They should be split. But to work on the other repos around PRADO, I think we will need to make those repos public so I can fork them personally as they get developed. That way I can test on my personal CI minutes.

The v4.3.3 is basically blocking on spinning off v4.4 SqlMap/Data into its own repo, for compatibility; which was blocking on the CI minutes. We are clear to move forward again.

I hope you hade a great vacation @ctrlaltca. My attention was on other repos for a week. I'll be committing here on Prado as those two other projects get wrapped up. BEFoundation - MacOS core library enhancements, and Metal Forge a set of image and video filters for video editing.

the other two libraries I'm working on are: a Shadertoy library for MacOS, and an Apple FxPlug framework for Video Editing in Apple's Final Cut Pro.

not sure if you know about 2 minute papers on YouTube. He's a "light transport researcher" who studies physical simulations in computers such as EM waves (sub-surface, refraction, reflection, global illumination, etc, etc), clothe, collision detection/bouncing, etc. https://www.youtube.com/@TwoMinutePapers This is the kind of stuff I'm super into.

I've always been interested in computer graphics and physical simulations since I was a young pup.
