Tested with Prancer 2.1.47 and seems snapshot is not getting generated from https://github.com/prancer-io/prancer-armof/tree/master/traffic-manager hence PR-AZR-ARM-MNT-013 test case is getting skipped.
With this template snapshot the testcase should fail instead of skipping.
