Release new version soon? || worktodo.txt line ignored: "Cert=[...]" #338

Description

@Artoria2e5

It looks like PrimeNet trusts my prpll 0.15 (binary from GitHub releases) enough to send me Cert work, but for some reason prpll is ignoring it:

As it turns out this is an issue fixed in Oct 2024. Perhaps it would be a good idea to release a new version soon, or to set up a way to distribute newer binaries like what's already done for Windows at https://download.mersenne.ca/PRPLL/0.15?
