Description:
Set up OP Stack execution client for Lisk L2.
Tasks:

Pull and build op-reth image.

Configure environment variables:

OP_CHAIN_ID=4202
OP_NETWORK=lisk
ETH_RPC_URL=http://reth:8545

Verify chain data sync.

Expose port 8551.
Deliverable: OP execution client connected to Ethereum.
