Fix cert warnings when using TLS demos

Currently demos using TLS will use a self signed certificate that is untrusted by the browser.

Users should not have to add an exception to access these demos (especially in production).

That's an Enarx issue, let's keep this open until it's fixed upstream and the binary is updated here
