Options Page Does Not Open

When trying to configure my LeechBlock options, the options page does not open. I click the LeechBlock extension icon to open up the popup menu and select the first item (Options). This does nothing and the popup dialog disappears. Other items, such as Lockdown, Override, and Statistics, open up a new tab with the correct UI. I have tried testing with all other extensions disabled and it still doesn't work.

Arc browser Version 1.142.1 (78710)
Chromium Engine Version 147.0.7727.56
MacOS Tahoe Version 26.3.1

What happens if you try to open the options page from the right-click menu or from the extension page?

right-click menu doesn't work, but the extension page does!
