Can't go back from a blocked page

I'm often unable to go back after clicking on a blocked link. When I try to do so the blocked page just quickly flicker. I disabled all other chrome extensions and the behavior did not change.

I'm on Windows 11.

What are you trying to go back to? The blocked page? Or the page before the blocked page? If the former, it's just going to be blocked again, which would result in that flicker in the blocking page!
