New option to block only in inactive tabs causes weird behavior to remainder time

With the optional time limit, switching to "block pages only in inactive tabs" caused my remainder timer to jump from 45 minutes to 18+ hours. It's not clear to me how the introduction and use of this option would change how remaining time is calculated.

I was able to reproduce this with a fresh reinstall, importing settings, and isolating to a single block set.

If you've selected "Block pages only in active tabs" for a block set, then any timer shown on an active tab would not be for that block set. So my guess is that the timer you're seeing is due to some other block set, a block set that 'catches' the same website.

I think I see what the problem is. I'm at fault for giving the the wrong prescription in #650. I believe the correct ask is to leave the active tab unblocked when "Immediately block pages on these sites once blocking conditions are met" is on (i.e. through a sub-option checkbox). Does that make more sense? I can't really think of any use for not counting down on the active tab, so the original suggestion seems quite peculiar in hindsight.
