react-property-selectors: Amount InputBox problem

If text is entered that can't be parsed into a value the input box stops working.

I added some tests to try and re-create the problem. I think this is a rather complex scenario so having a test for it will help ensure it will not resurface again.

I was unable to reproduce the problem using test, see here.

You can run the above test in isolation with yarn test:react-property-selectors.

Do you know which sequence of chars will cause the error? Could you add a test for that?
