The calling recipe should be able to set up nginx too!
At the time of this writing, the only known hardcoding has to do with detecting the web group using the apache node attributes and invoking the web_app definition from the apache2 cookbook instead of inferring what sort of vhost and server restart logic we need from an attribute parameter or similar.
