• The do flow's verification step invokes bin/verify --wasm, a flag removed in ee98fef4 — every implement step ends "NOT complete" without running a single test

• GitHub CI runs bin/test instead of bin/run <gate>, so no gate baseline is judged and the wasm suites never run there — the release playbook's "CI green on all four platforms" certified a tree with a broken wasm32-wasi target

• wasm32-web: a panic in a handler on a spawned consumer goroutine must terminate the instance (web-apps.md "Failure inside a handler") — today it is recovered silently

• loadEmbeddedManifest has no test seam, so the "this build carries no pinned <dep>" fall-through in all five CAS resolvers is unreachable by any test on a populated build

• bin/build's up-to-date check ignores blobs.json and prebuilts.toml, so publishing a blob or bumping a pin leaves a binary carrying a stale embedded dependency manifest

• publish-blobs uploads a TRUNCATED blob after an interrupted run: compressFileBrotli writes straight to the final <sha>.br, and the caller's if !Exists(brPath) then skips recompression
