How to use PRAGMA with SQLite

Sorry for the delayed response, but apparently I missed your notification. But as they say: better late than never.

It seems to me that PRAGMA commands can be executed as SQL queries, and in this specific case (see: Pragma statement), it should be:
PRAGMA foreign_keys=on

However, this requires that this command be run after each connection.
If that satisfies you then I will see if it would be possible to add a parameter in the configuration of the jdbcDriverOOo and/or SQLiteOOo drivers allowing to execute a list of SQL commands upon connection.
