upgrading to age v1.3.# for post-quantum security?

It would be great to bump the age dependency version to provide the option for using the new keys.

Quick update: I made the update to age 1.3.1 and added a new algorithm parameter to the init and gen-key sub-commands to support hybrid identities.

Hybrid identities are also now the default when creating new keys.

I've yet to release the change, though. I haven't fixed some of the issues for quite some time, so it might take me a few days but I hope I will be able to release latest next week

I don't know who's maintaining the non-bin package 😅
I'm providing git-age-bin which is eventually fetching pre-built binaries from the GitHub release, but tbh. till now I didn't even know that a non-bin package exists 😅

If you want to give it a go, go ahead! If not, I can try 😅
