Create python modules for SPARQL client retrieving knowledge from the graph

Created simple initial version in this commit 4e74771.

It just provides a function, which can be called with a SPARQL string, sends it to the server and returns the json result.

Need to adapt this once we know what knowledge to query for and how to use it.
