File not accessible from Server

BuildingProducer take a file as an input which is in the the docs/examples/data folder. This file is accessible via Localhost but not from Server and API calls made from Python code.

JSONProducer serves as the base producer for several producers (CKANProducer, GeometryProducer, BuildingProducer, etc.) and relies on AbstractProducer.fetchFromPath() for file loading. Currently, fetchFromPath() only supports filesystem paths, which is incompatible with classpath resources (it breaks the deployment in JAR and Docker environments).

The work around solution so far is the GeoJsonProducer which bypasses the loading logic in JSONProducer, thus AbstractProducer.

Two potential solutions:

1. Refactor AbstractProducer.fetchFromPath() to replace the current filesystem-only implementation. This would automatically fix all producers that extend AbstractProducer (JSONProducer, CKANProducer, GeometryProducer, etc.), but need an extended refactoring of all related producers and tests
2. Introduce an intermediate abstract class AbstractFileLoadingProducer e.g., that extends AbstractProducer. Producers that need classpath support would extend AbstractFileLoadingProducer instead of AbstractProducer directly, leaving existing producers unaffected.
