fix CI python main.py -S test error

the douban_moive.py is not correct, but it passed CI

I divided the douban_movie.py into mainWeb.html and douban_movie.py to order to avoid letting flake8 check html file.

• douban_movie.py: in ./package;
• mainWeb.html: in ./html
