File Manager Erroring when File empty or Directory empty.

I've had the chance to debug and test this, and came up with a bug fix aswell

Change [this line](https://github.com/PufferPanel/Scales/blob/master/lib/interfaces/restify.js#L243) and [this line](https://github.com/PufferPanel/Scales/blob/master/lib/interfaces/restify.js#L259) to
