Re-wrap m4vs as mp4s

Sometimes we have M4V access files instead of MP4s. We want videoaip to re-wrap the m4vs as mp4s and then go forward with the rest of the script.

An example of the type of file here would be helpful - for a rewrap, I normally would use a -c copy flag, but I wonder if the M4V files might be using a different audio codec from what we want, which makes me hesitant to implement a fix until we have a bit more info!

We tested a straight rewrap of the m4v to mp4 and it was fine. We should go forward with this fix!
