sig is an FNV stub in agent/src/lib.rs. Replace with real wsc sign --keyless per-persona signatures (REQ-AGORA-006, AD-AGORA-006). Blocked on pulseengine/sigil#164 (wsc can't parse wasm32-wasip2). Until then the stub stands. Signed identity is what makes the self-echo filter and self/peer distinguishability sound (Hermes rule #3).
