[projects] multiple handlers attached to the same prefix

Steps to reproduce

1. Click ⬇ button next to documents and select New Markdown file.
2. Enter filename a.md and press ENTER.
3. Double click a.md item to open the file.
4. Click ⬇ button next to a.md and select Rename.
5. Enter filename a.mdoc and press ENTER.
6. Double click a.mdoc item.

Expected behavior

Either step 5 is rejected, or step 6 opens the file in Richdoc editor.

Actual behavior

Error message appears:
