Extend SynEditOptionsDialog to cover customization options more compehensively

Hi, I'm switching all my editors (markdown, svg, lottiefields...) to your version of SynEdit because it's more advanced, but I have a couple of questions:

1. in your version of SynEditOptionDialog I can't find the checkbox to activate wordwrap...
2. I can't even find where to set ActiveLineColor...
   Can you help me?

The SynEditOptionDialog does not cover all properties of SynEdit I am afraid. In PyScripter I am using an extended one:

which you are welcome to adapt to your needs. But even that does not cover things like Selected Color, Scrollbar Annotations, Track changes bar, Gutter Bands, Flow Control Display, Structure Highlighting etc.

I am open to PRs that expand the scope of SynEditOptionDialog. A radical redesign may be called for.

OK, I'll work on it as soon as I can... It would also be useful if the options form were also available in design in the IDE to facilitate component settings, without having to use the object inspector... it seems to me that it isn't being used now.
