Add a restriction on tags

It would be great to have an option to restrict the number of char in a tag.

For example for a tag where we want the student to put in a condition, we could restrict this tag to two chars.

Another restriction could be the number of line allowed in a multiline tag. For example, an exercice could be, write this function in maximum 5 lines.
