Bug description:
I am the Full Administrator of my system, but the Python version installed via Microsoft Store (WindowsApps) is completely locked by TrustedInstaller. I cannot run PyInstaller, I cannot manage packages, and I get 'Access Denied' for my own files.
This distribution is broken for developers. As the Administrator, I should not be blocked from my own environment. Please address this permission conflict.
