itksnap crashes during adaptive brush segmentation

Hi there!

I've noticed that both v4.2 and v4.4 crash occasionally but repeatedly when using the adaptive brush in 3D manual segmentation mode.
I'm on an up-to-date Ubuntu machine. This happens every couple of adaptive brush presses and seems to be correlated to how quickly I click.
I'm happy to provide more info if needed and specified.
