Feat: Extruder detect sudden pressure drop

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the extruder has no material or has a bigger air gap, then the pressure drops, when in Pressure Mode it tries to keep it the same, so it speeds up. This can lead to breaking the machine when material is comming back

Describe the solution you'd like
The extruder should detect when the pressure drops rapitly (not caused by user changing speed or pausing) and if so it should stop the extruder with an warning message.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The User can notice the speedup of the extruder, but if not it would cause an issue.

Use Case/Application:

• Machine Type(s): Extruder V1 / V2
• Frequency of Use: Probably daily?

Expected Benefits:

• Safety Enhancement: Extreme Pressure Spikes can be mitigated, that could break the machine.
• Production Impact: Safer machine
