Fix clusterf-docker IPv4+IPv6 network configuration #20
Description
While clusterf-docker supports multiple IPv4/IPv6 docker network subnets for a docker network, it currently configures both of them using the same network ID for the config.Route, meaning that only one of the networks will actually be included in the clusterf config for a dual-stack network.
