Whilst in theory we should support JP2 (JPEG-2000 with GMLJP2 metadata) because we're built upon GDAL and GDAL supports that, it's probably worth adding some tests cases to ensure this holds true.
The motivation here is that Sentinal-2 data is in JP2 format.
