Reenable Feather and SQLite tests

Both packages have bugs on julia 0.6 right now (JuliaData/Feather.jl#46 and JuliaDatabases/SQLite.jl#127).

Currently tests that exercise these parts are disabled, reenable once these errors are fixed upstream.
