OSError: undefined symbol: wavefront_aligner_attr_default when loading libwfagpu.so with Python ctypes

Hello,

I am encountering an issue when trying to load the libwfagpu shared library in Python using ctypes. My environment is as follows:

Python 3.12.9 (Anaconda)
Linux (GCC 12.3.1.3)
wfagpu compiled as build/libwfagpu.so
When I run the following code:

import ctypes
libwfagpu = ctypes.CDLL('build/libwfagpu.so')

I get the following error:

How can I resolve this issue?
