Passing flags to Cloud9 server.js

How do I pass a flag to the server.js file as if I were hosting it outside of Docker? I'm using it on unRAID and I want to pass the --collab flag, but I don't see how to do that, even from within the Docker environment. Any suggestions?

exec into the container and edit /etc/service/cloud9/run

I've got the "share" and "collaborate" buttons active now, but adding a new user returns this error:

Cannot POST /api/collab/0/members/add?silent=false&access_token=token

Any chance you can understand what that means? Thanks for your help.
