Front-end allows switching to end year that precedes start year #4649
Description
Context
When opening a scenario, you can select the future year. If you go to "Present - Other..." you can then select any future year that is larger than you start year. For nl2023 you cannot select any years before 2024.
Steps to reproduce
Once you have selected e.g., 2024, as end year and then go back to the front-end, suddenly you can select years before 2024. Opening the scenario with a start year > end year breaks the model.
Proposed solution
Not sure how this should be solved but the dropdown should always only show end years that are larger than the start year.
