Reinstate maintainer permissions

Back in Jun 26th of 2024 I was removed from the rackerlabs org, letting me without permissions to keep maintaining this repo.

I don't mind keep maintaining this repo as I still maintain/help the package build in Fedora+EPEL and Debian. But I require admin permissions in this repository.

I have no idea who to reach out to make that happen, so cc: @jstraw, @puni9869 and @szilveszter as they are the only three public members of the rackerlab org.

@tonyskapunk I'm passing this to Hai, I know there was a cleanup done and internally a bunch of process is being worked on around license seats for these orgs.

Thanks @jstraw fwiw, permissions can be granted at the repo level without taking org seats, that should reduce the burden on licensing.
