Device not showing up?

I have a MR101Z I installed. I've followed all the proper steps setting up the device handler, the fan works and the remote works but my Smartthings hub isn't seeing the device. I've setup other devices with custom device handlers, so I don't think there's an issue there. I'm not saying it's a code issue, but is there any more troubleshooting I can try, or anything about my hub that might be the issue? I also brought the hub feet from the fan control antenna, but I have plenty of repeater devices so I don't think that'd be an issue either.
