There is an OCR version of K&R. Make a copy of the appendix. Keep working on it.

If you see the other issue on providing the source, it looks like this is a dead project. If you have the motivation, you could try finishing off what this repo was for, but forking it probably won't go anywhere since there's no .tex source(and possibly isn't anymore for good since the original author might not have it anymore)
