Summary

SuperConductor is a capital-efficient bridge that generates trustless yield from idle locked capital through native liquid staking. It replaces extractive bridge fees and costs to the ecosystem (integration and operation) with a sustainable revenue model while helping secure the network. Drawing on traditional banking’s fractional reserve and risk management principles, it sustains itself by earning yield from locked capital, much like banks fund free services by loaning out deposits.

• Venture studio positioning — 2nd portfolio company (EVRO Adds RIP for treasury ops #1)
• Ecosystem credibility — Development and launcing of novel bridge

Risk Mitigation

🛡️ Capital protection: If <$600K total raised → remaining funds returned
🛡️ No development until client commitment: Zero dev burn before initial PMF
🛡️ Technical validation: Independent audit confirms $190K build cost
🛡️ Early traction: Pocket Network committed as design partner

The $40k investment will be requested to a safe controlled by SuperConductor, it will be held until goal is met. If met the SAFE will be triggered, if not then the funds will be sent back to the RaidGuild Treasury.
