Dragging broken for Windows machines

Hi,

We've recently run into an issue where users on Windows machines were unable to use the dragging functionality at all.

We've pinned it down to version 0.2.0 introducing the bug, and 0.1.9 works for us.

I have not delved into how this is happening, but thought it might be helpful for the group to know.

What browser are you using? Shouldn't be caused by a machine.

Can give a reproducible demo?

Same here. Not working in Firefox or Edge. Need to revert to 0.1.9 to make it work.
