Morphic bar does not appear immediately after install #88

Seems that whether or not the Morphic bar appears after install depends on if Morphic was uninstalled with the bar closed or opened, which in my opinion, should not be like that. In Morphic Classic this was regulated by a setting in the siteconfig.json file, but the Morphic icon was visible in the tray. In Morphic Lite, after install, the Morphic icon is in the Show Hidden Icons folder on Desktop, so it becomes very confusing when the bar does not appear immediately on install. In any case, when we uninstall, everything should be cleared and no previous settings should be saved and should definitely not depend on whether or not the bar was open or closed during the uninstall. This should be fixed.
