Provide list of images and packages that are published

We could provide the list of available images and the packages that they contain, together with SBOM, on a way that engineers can see the images' contents and what changed between each version. Perhaps publishing this on a GH Pages would be nice.

A per-version easy diff would be great to decide if it's safe to upgrade.

This is a good issue since we can use it to really make the "end-user experience" great. In the meantime we do have the auto-updating list in README.md and after I do finish #10 I might have a follow up to at least help generate a Changelog file.

Given that we want the tags generated at build time the gist of my idea is that after images are built the push-release.yaml could run a "Generate Changelog" job that will auto commit the new diffs. As a way to simplify this auto-PR w/o creating issues I was thinking we could create an orphan branch changelog for the file.

I think all these smaller "steps" will add up to making the GH Pages idea easier to pull off by combining them together as needed.
