[QST] Problem installing CLX

I've already tried to install clx on googlecolab and the error always appears:
Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): complete
Resolution environment: failed with initial frozen solution. Trying again with flexible solution.
Solution environment: failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will retry with next repodata source.

ResolvePackageNotFound:

• conda == 4.9.2

Rapids and all other libraries are already installed.
