debian repository Packages file out of date

There seems to be a problem with the index files in the Debian package repository. The file mod times shown at https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/rapier1/Debian_12/ are all January 20th, so I don't think this is a mirror in progress.

I think the problem here is just out of date metadata files, which would suggest the fix is pretty quick. If it's a larger issue I understand, it would just be helpful to know what the status is.
