URGENT: Migrate Memeputer X Bot from legacy Twitter API to X's official pay-per-use API.

Current State

• Using legacy Twitter API or twitterapi.io
• Need to switch to X API v2 pay-per-use for reliability

Tasks

• Get X API v2 credentials
• Update Twitter client code
• Test mention parsing and replies
• Update env vars (TWITTER_API_KEY, etc.)
• Deploy and verify
