Summarise the issue

For some bizarre reason, websites get windows classic-style scrollbars and buttons instead of themed ones, but browser pages like the settings have the intended behaviour.

How do you reproduce the bug?

It just seems to happen out of the box, even without any userchrome.css/js loader mods

Expected behaviour

The scrollbars should be themed instead of using the windows classic style

This issue comes from firefox as they added a new level of the sandbox post 128 (level 8) which locks more things down and prevents the theme from loading. In the r3dfox FAQ there is a part about this

I have the Windows classic style scrollbar and native elements on Windows 10 or 11:

This is because on later Windows versions using a sandbox level above 7 results in native elements being rendered with their classic or unthemed styles. To fix this, go to Settings > Nocturne configurations > Advanced configurations and set Security Sandbox Content Level to 7 (Lower) and restart the browser.

I'm keeping this issue open so if someone stumbles upon a fix they can either PR or tell me about it.
