The trackpad haptics are triggered every time I attempt to scroll, even when the page or component has no additional content to scroll.
Expected behaviour
Haptic feedback should only trigger when scrolling is possible or when the scroll reaches a meaningful boundary.
Actual behaviour
Haptic feedback triggers on every trackpad scroll gesture, including when there is nothing to scroll.
