Add Rows and Columns buttons missing

The add rows and columns buttons are missing from the initial modal popup and instead is inside another button which makes it not intuitive for users.

I'm using Sanity Studio v3 & Sanity Table Plugin v1.0.1. Is there a way to fix this? I've been asking around the Slack but no answers there either.

I ran into this exact same problem when building tables in Sanity!
The lack of explicit header/footer support was frustrating for content editors.

I ended up building sanity-plugin-stl-table which addresses this with:

1. Explicit [header] and [footer] sections
2. Index column support
3. colSpan, rowSpan and other attribute support
4. Built-in preview so editors see what they're building

Not trying to promote - just sharing in case it helps! Would be curious if the maintainers here are planning to add native header support too.
