When Converting to Html to Pdf Reports getting Misaligned

While converting to PDF we are getting to many bugs

1. While zooming the PDF generated file with different zoom levels, and borders are getting misaligned.
2. Seperator Line are appearing wrong when we zoom out and zoom in
3. Extra lines are coming under the row when we zoom in or out.
4. In Html format it is perfect but after library converting to pdf it is showing different issues that I have added above.

@rdvojmoc @gldraphael Could you please give some suggestion as it is a blocker for the project, as end users are annoyed with this issues.
