[P2-7] Testnet Deployment & Gas Measurement

Context

The proposal has TBD gas values for createStoryline() because MCV2_Bond.createToken() with 500 bonding curve steps may use significant gas for storage writes. This ticket resolves those TBDs with real measurements on Base Sepolia.

Sub-tickets

• P2-7a: Write a Foundry deployment script for Base Sepolia. The script should deploy StoryFactory pointing at the real MCV2_Bond on Base Sepolia (or a mock if MCV2 isn't on Sepolia).
• P2-7b: After deployment, run createStoryline() and chainPlot() on Sepolia. Record exact gas used. Document results in the repo.

Operator Task

• P2-7-OP: Fund the deployer wallet on Base Sepolia with testnet ETH.
