[BUG] - Conditioning (concat) node breaks that side of the prompt.

Description

If I were to section the prompt via the "Conditioning (concat)" node, then in SD prompt reader, the field that was concatenated will be empty for the image.

Reproduction steps

1. for example the positive prompt, have 2 prompts which feed into the Conditioning node and from there as normal
2. generate the image
3. try to read the prompt via reader
4. the "prompt" window should be empty, everything else is fine
