Zendesk old and new tab displayed

Hi. We're experiencing this problem sometimes with the Zendesk widget in a Rails 5.1.5 application. The problem occurs when we navigate fast through some links in our application.

Anyone can reproduce this problem?

We're having the same issue. The code posted seems outdated from what the Zendesk snippet loads from their servers.

The way we “solved” that problem was to hide both of those buttons and replace them with our own for now.
