Description
Bug: If rsc_library_field_config is called from the submit handler of the library node edit form, it uses an outdated $settings variable.
Workaround: Submit form once for setting the vocabularies, and a second time for creating fields.
Fix: Maybe pass new form values as an optional parameter, in which case rsc_library_field_config will not call variable_get
