Add "style" parameter to verse picker

Add a style that represents a modern click-and-point style verse picker.

Select translation, book, chapter and verse all in popup-tables with the ability to select ranges as well.

Would this be done on the form element level, or on the widget level? I would recommend the latter, which is more flexible. Maybe you could use #example_attribute as mentioned here.
